Smithey stands behind every piece of cookware with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer's defects. If you discover a defect — such as a crack, warp, or structural flaw — at any point during the life of your cookware, we'll replace it free of charge, no matter how long you've owned it.
What's covered:
- Manufacturing or structural defects (cracks, warping, casting flaws)
- Defects discovered at any time — there's no expiration
What's not covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including seasoning changes
- Damage from misuse (thermal shock, dropping, dishwasher use)
- Cosmetic imperfections on Factory Seconds items
How to file a warranty claim:
1. Reach out to our Customer Service team via email, text, or DM
2. Include photos or video of the issue
3. We'll review and, if it qualifies, send a prepaid return label
4. Once your piece is on its way back, we'll ship a brand-new replacement
